New Mystery Sound

Something’s been savaging my bird feeder. Here’s one of the sounds it made. http://www.birdblind.org/sound01.mp3
I’m almost positive I know what it is, and this certainly isn’t the sound it usually makes. I am open to your thoughts on what it is.
